That happened very recently. A FReeper upthread says that most Republican counties have reported and all that is left are Democrat counties. Sounds like NYT thinks that will tilt it to Biden.
if you do the math the President has a 300,000 vote lead with 80% of the vote counted. 4 million votes have been counted which means they project another 800,000 votes left. Biden would have to win just under 70% of those votes (about 550K) to make up the 300k difference...where are those other 800k vote located?
They think they can make them up in Atlanta.
