Arizona is not looking good per the NYT who says Biden is up 9 pts with 76% counted.

Either Kelly Ward or the NYT is confused because they are miles apart in what they are saying.

It appears the AZ was called before the in person vote was tallied. Fox basically called it based on their opinion that Trump would not get the percentage of the in person necessary to overcome the mail in votes.
