LOL - “Hanging around” - but who helped him hang? Cause he didn’t do it himself.

I did a drive-by of my polling place (I voted early) and it was pretty busy. Not jam-packed, but a good sized line. A mile and a half up the street, the next polling place was also very busy. Didn’t see any shenanigans, but we’re in Po-dunk, TN, so not much chicanery expected here.
