Cleveland has been hemorrhaging residents for decades

Very true. Cleveland, Ohio, at its peak, had almost 1 million residents. In the early 70s, after the hough riots, they started moving to the inner ring suburbs. When busing became a possibility, they outflow continued.

I don't know how many people live in CLE any more, having moved from the area. I think that the county has around 2.5 million people, so it's still big. Basically, the farther you get from the City of Cleveland, the less libtarded you are.

It really depends on what part of the Cleveland suburbs you’re at.

Some of them, like the one where I’m in, are still quite liberal. But generally, yes, the further you get away from the city, the better the things get.

Downtown Cleveland is a lost cause as far as I’m concerned.

I Live in solidly Red Medina. Huge movement of people from cuyahoga to Medina, Summit, portage etc. yes the suburbs are big but a mixed bag of political parties. Also, they aren’t growing like the outer counties

FReeper CommonTator (RIP) would’ve agreed with your analysis about Cleveland.
