Dobes are very empathetic, especially my boy.
If I’m upset he gets upset too and goes crazy trying to “fix” me.
I’m kinda unfixable right now so I’m out here alone to spare him that stress.
Just based on my experience with dogs, he knows you are stressed trying to spare him the stress, and it may stress him out more not being able to comfort you.
It's been an awful year. Pray and trust in God that this ends well.
