Rush was on Fox & Friends this morning (he came on after Gov. DeSantis of FL). He was great, and spoke for almost a half hour. Said he called Steve Doocy (Doocy & Rush go way back to when working in Kansas City at the same time years ago) and asked to be on F&F this morning. Of course Doocy said yes. Rush is a lot skinnier, but his voice is as strong as ever and he said one of his objectives was to live to see this day, and he did. He, like Trump is a fighter.
Rush said he and Trump were also alike in that they both have a hard core base of support from their followers, and Rush spoke of loyal listeners who have been following him for 30 years. He loves Trump and says he feels Trump doesn’t get all the praise he deserves for being such a great American President with Conservative values.
He again warned of the danger of our Country going socialist in the blink of an eye and what would happen to our Country if it did. He did a whole riff on the anti-Trumpers who claim they are conservative but are merely out for themselves and to make money. Slammed them big-time.
It was so heartening to see and hear Rush who I too have followed for years. May he live as long as possible, surrounded by his loved ones, especially his wife to whom he couldn’t say enough about how wonderful she is and how much he values her. Says his good friends from over the years has been his mainstay. He’s waiting for the Trump victory at the end of this day. God bless Rush Lumbaugh.

I DVRd the show, last night, and got to speed through all but POTUS and Rush.
Just saw FLOTUS leaving to cast her vote, for POTUS.
Amen to that.
I am sure that Rush will get his wish today.
It will be a very poignant moment.
