Parler does not bill themselves as a conservative or liberal site. They are non-partisan. That said, they do not censor, so conservatives have signed up in droves. Liberals get slapped down pretty quick when they post their hateful trash.
Parler is conservative but everyone is welcome as long as discussion is civil
