At any rate, if they were smart they dirtied up their plates before blowing through.
If the riders identities are discovered and made known, it ain’t gonna be fun to be in their shoes.
Not just because of the residents of the hood being POed, but also because of things like losing jobs (provided they have any) and any civil rights violation the local jurisdiction might dream up would also be costly to defend.
