True in fact and by law. But by that day, is it not just a rote tally? All the dirty work has already happened. All the ducks are lined up in a row. All parties are in alignment.
Pelosi quote comes to mind: “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”
If I am wrong about this (and I very well could be), I would like to be corrected. For instance, Post #141 fm BigEdLB caught my attention. I would like to know more.
