Looks like the fired the original sign language interpreters. The new guy must have the script in front of him of what Creepy Joe is supposed to be saying. That's pretty much how it's been going. I've been following the interpreters and for the most part they aren't interpreting anything Joe is saying. I'm sure they're reading off a script.
