In Tennessee there are not.
However the Tennessee Secretary of State did address the issue, saying that if a hacker hacked their site and posted fake election returns, people would lose confidence in the result even though no voting machines are hooked to the internet.
After COVID, Knox County switched from voting machines to printed paper ballots and scanners.
None they are all run on separate internal networks in the polling place and all voter data is on hard rives. No external connection. I know because I have worked as an election officer.
