4/4 is someone like me, who always votes, in each of last 4 elections. Called a ‘high propensity’ voter and is cherished.
0/4 is a ‘low propensity’ voter, hasn’t voted in last 4 elections or is a brand-new voter.
In this election season, looks like Potus has been able to grab the 0/4 at the rallies. Chances are they will be voting for him since they came to his rallies.
