Spent 8 years listening to folks howl on this board every time O signed an EO.

Now the same folks are cheering and its’s used at political rally’s to gin up support..

I trust that should Biden win the support for EO’s here will remain the same...

The real issue here is that if a president can sign an EO protecting the fracking industry a president can also sign an EO banning fracking.

This is a legislative issue...

No. Trump’s EOs have not been the same as decreed legislation.

I love Trump but agree with this. I realize in many things he just tried to help using EO since he was thwarted by both House and Senate BUT we saw tons of Obama’s EO’s overwritten once Trump came in.

I do agree that this particular EO looks political. Even though I agree with the EO, it is political.
