Now the smoke clears on why democrats were exhorting people to vote EARLY since months ago.
Multiple sources report the ABC News story is from 2019 prior to Joe Biden getting the DNC nomination nod.

Yes, that statement was made in front of one of his PUPPETMASTERS (CFR-Dick Haass) audience. Dick wrote about The Age of Non-Polarity and a “Newer World Order”. The swamp is vast, deep and oceans wide.
POTUS understands the best path for “civilizations” to get along. Those who see different will cause lots of death and destruction for their “visions”. Human history has been a slaughterhouse. Given our history of individual right to life, to defend that life, liberty and the pursuit of our own happiness...we are currently not trending in a positive direction.
These are monumental times for this republic...this civilization.
