Having lived in MN for a sizable part of my life, I can tell you this sounds like a very real memo.
The DFL and local media have ruled Minnesota for so long, they just figure they can do anything.
They are scared to their boots Trump is going to win MN.
I cannot read the memo. print is too small.
CAn anybody interpret what is said there?
