I’m sorry, but any action plan/manifesto containing the words “dance party” isn’t actually a threat. I bet they had fun drafting this up in mom and dad’s basement though.
This might get interesting. The current form of government was established by the District of Columbia Home Rule Act in 1973. Although local officials have the authority to pass laws and govern local affairs, the United States Congress maintains the power to overturn local laws.
So if the dems are going to be that stupid as to try to harass federal employees openly in defiance of the party lines, and congress makes no effort to shut down the violence, which is bound to happen, they have shown their hand. Additionally, the federal government owns or manages about one third of all the land and facilities in D.C. and they own 85% of the coast line. And if any of the groups try to take over or harm a statue or memorial they can be arrested at that time for insurgency as this is no longer state property....it’s fed. If they go after the president or vice presidents holdings or person, they can be arrested for domestic terrorism and the feds guard these people 24/7.
As for the rioters, they aren’t in Kansas any more Toto.

The “Shut Down DC” Marxist/terrorist organization may use the old 1971 tactics of shutting down the city by blocking off streets with trash cans, wooden barriers, nail-studded tire destroyers; the use of small diversionary attacks and protests to pull off police forces and weaken their main law enforcement reaction teams; buy and abandon junk cars on the 14th Street Bridge, the Key Bridge and the SW Freeway, MLK Blvd, other spots on Rt 95 coming into the city, Wisconsin Avenue NW, Capitol Street, New York Avenue coming into the city, etc.
They may also used selected looting and arson targets to divert police forces to cover those actions (in which the terrorists will be long gone using hit-and-run tactics).
An occasional sniper might shake things up a bit too, not to mention some good dynamite bombs placed in mailboxes and trash cans.
Time for the DC Govt (as incompetent and leftist as it is) and the half-competent DC police force (their leaders, present and past, have been “found wanting” for decades) to declare this group “Disrupt DC” a terrorist, criminal organization and make preemptive arrests, with requests for “NO BAIL”.
The DC Attorney Racine, is a reported Soros admirer if not one of his financially assisted stooges, just like the Commonwealth Attorneys of nearby Arlington County and Fairfax County, Virginia (among 9 others such “progressive” and reported Soros funded CA/DAs in the state).
If the DC Police can’t handle this terrorist action (just as the Phila. Police and its Marxist, Soros funded DA screwed up the recent riots there), let the Dept. of Homeland Security, ICE, FBI (under Wray, yeah),and the protective police units of the various government agencies, do it.
I went thru the May 1971 communist riots and nearly got seriously injured by a grapefruit sized rock the Maoists of the Progressive Labor Party threw at the Police, and hitting Chief Wilson in the head with a good-size rock or piece of “left for them” brick/cinderblocks (saw them being unloaded on the western side of the Capital Building in that traffic circle at the base of its steps.
Time to take out the Marxist/anarchist/psychopathic trash, once and for all.
If the DC police don’t know or want to know how to do it properly, somebody in power call me. I know what to do and how to do it (not indiscriminately and not with the wrong tactics and weapons). Learned a lot in Nam and in school (Police Science/Criminology). Might as well put it to good use since nobody else seems to be doing it.
Bragging? Hell no. I learned from the best, not the second or third best of law enforcement, counter-intelligence, espionage, and on-the scene journalists.
