Imagine the strength of his principles given how he has exposed himself to possible attack by his enemies if hostility should break out. He will be on the front lines, proudly proclaiming his allegiance to a different system and ignoring the many armed people who might oppose him.
In case a new system is actually imposed on the American people, there will be statues erected to those like David Walsh who put themselves in immediate jeopardy and absorbed the anger and hatred of his enemies.
His epitaph may well read, "Here lies the bravest of the brave who sought to overthrow the government and gave his life in support of his principles. He will be an inspiration to others who may be less willing to be so open about their willingness to kill or be killed in a Second American Revolution.
Will David Walsh fire the first shot? Only time will tell. If David wishes to earn this distinction he may have to act quickly after having so clearly identified himself to his enemies. What a proud moment for him.
The guy who shot Rep. Sacalise has already fired the first shot.
