How is that known? Nobody is standing near the boxes writing down the race of voters as they drop off their ballots.
Are they checking the envelopes for “honkey” cooties?
Some southern states are court ordered to record race on voter registrations.
I ran a congressional campaign. Voter files from the state have this information. So do commercially available voter files.
