Are you sure you don't mean "reinterpreting" or "clarifying" section 230? The FCC can do both but when you say Twitter needs their Section 230 protections removed you are suggesting a thought to which I am sympathetic, but I am not sure the FCC could win the resulting legal challenges. If they did I would be surprised.
