SCOTUS justice cannot be impeached. That act is only reserved against the President.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel P. Chase was impeached by the House, but acquitted by the Senate in 1805. In his case, the problem was that he was "arbitrary". I don't know what would qualify as "bad behaviour" in Justice Barrett's case. Simply not recusing herself shouldn't qualify.

You can impeach a ham sandwich if you control the votes in the House. The 2\3’rds to convict is a harder row to hoe.
