Perhaps there will be a long speech (similar to the one Comey gave about Hillary’s email actions) which will outline all that JB has done that was illegal and unethical, but will end with “...Despite this mountain of evidence, nobody in their right mind wants to end up dead, therefore Joe will walk free.”
