Disqualify the votes in the cities for fraud.

One of many pathogens in Texas. Bexar County aka San Antonio.
"Aim, FIRE!"
"That'll be all for your training, men. Return to your barracks."
And let alone for 4 decades! 40 years, like is Biblical. We’ve wandered in the desert of voting for 40 years.
The more I think about it this explains a lot about what is happening now and about the last 40 years of congressional life. All the ‘reaching across the aisle’ and divided congress crap likely stemmed from this one incident.
It raises the question as to why we didn’t have a plan for our release? And how many in local, state government even realized how hamstrung they were. All these years we’ve been asking why doesn’t the GOP do something? Well, this one realization this morning explains so much and answers so many questions. To even conceive how warped our elections have been for 4 decades is inconceivable to me! How many fraudulent congressional seats awarded, how deceived entire districts and states have been, just the magnitude is breathtaking. We see lifelong democrats in office and never retire...really? We say term limits, but was the voting unfair and fraudulent? And election after election of ‘found votes’ in the back of a car...really?
But I must say in considering all this ‘consequence,’ it is the GOP/RNC that I am disappointed in. They had 40 years to plan to take it all back. In 40 years we still don’t have a narrative...all we have is Trump?
Im fairly sure that absent blatant criminality they have sovereign immunity.
The ANTIFA/BLM crowd is certainly preparing for new riots when they lose. So it is wise for cities’ law enforcement to do the same.
I believe you are referring to challengers, who are local appointees and are different than poll watchers.
That is due to a 1982 consent decree in which Republicans agreed not to challenge voter fraud by RATs, due to perceived intimidation by the presence of police at polling places.
<<(From Business Insider, regarding the consent decree): It was set after the DNC accused the RNC of engaging in voter intimidation when off-duty officers were sent to patrol voting in New Jersey communities of color in 1981.
One concern is that the RNC will once again send off-duty officers to the polls in neighborhoods with large populations of people of color, where residents are skeptical of police presence.>>
As well they may be, since a substantial percentage of them have warrants outstanding...
