Mainly Miami -Dade is underperforming for .Democrats slightly. I would say Orange County is over performing. EVIP has been very strong across the board and actually EVIP is higher for Reps in Palm Beach and Miami Dade than .Democrats.
Biden has already is down more than 100 thousand votes in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami Dade counties from last year.
