Of course, not knowing the details of why the magic line positivity is 9% or 8%, I am just venting here. But the more tents I see outside of restaurants in northern Illinois so they can stay open during the Pritzker Lockdown, the more it appears that the state's private sector will disappear for at least 4 months, probably more. And in the spring when it's reasonable to expect that people will be willing to sit outside to eat at a restaurant, there won't be many restaurants left. Just Pritzker Soup Kitchens.
