ACB will be the only one on the current court not from Yale or Harvard. RBG was also from one of those. But there have been justices from non-Ivy law schools in the past.

I guess the Dims are boycotting this vote. I think Mitch commented that they seemed to departed after Schmucky’s speech. Won’t take as long to go through a roll call vote.
