I got the idea that the diary was much more recent than her youth. One of the entries was from 2019.
Sounds like a diary/documentary.
As far as I can tell, as with Hunter's hard drive, no denial.
If all of this chit is bogus, you'd think one of them would get around to denying some of it.

It’s not from 30 years ago when she was a child.

It appears to be journaling from when she was in rehab. That’s standard treatment form, so it could be real.
