Trump and Pence have the power to remove Pelosi and it is fully constitutional.

At 11:55 a.m in 1/20/21 just as President Trump is about to be sworn in for a second term, Trump resigns the presidency. Pence becomes President and then immediately resigns the presidency.

At 11:58 a.m. Pelosi must resign from the House and at 11:59 and 30 seconds, Pelosi becomes President, but her term expires at 12:00 and President Trump is sworn into office.
