Same-sex attraction disorder in men is precipitated by the trauma of a homosexual rape, molestation, or seduction in the pre-adult years. And nothing else.
In women it seems to be an entirely different matter. I get the impression that for some women it is merely a way to get oral sex to climax frequently, without having to worry about contraception or pregnancy.
In addition, women seem to be able to slip back and forth without too much suffering.
