Prostestors set garbage cans on fire and clashed with police in Naples tonight as a curfew was imposed to curb the growing spread of coronavirus.
Violence erupted as hundreds of activists, many wearing face coverings, took to the city's streets this evening to oppose tougher measures being imposed to tame the virus as new infections hit a record high.

LOL! The virus only hits at certain times of the day/night now? How absurd. I don’t blame them for trashing the trash masters.
Yes, flubro, it does. The virus dies within short order in the sunshine.

Sometimes when I’m around a mask devotee, I’ll compliment them on their devotion to the cause and mention that “if we just keep this up for another year, year and a half tops, we’ll beat it.” I love to see their eyes widen at the thought of months of this yet to go. Most people have not considered this, because they have been fed the ‘two week’ diet.
Just a little bit more, that’s all... well shucks, just another two weeks! or a month! Just keep going citizen and we’ll eventually give you your life back.
This is another reason I support the president. He instinctively understands it. I hear people talk about what a shame that “X” business closed because to the virus. Nope, it closed because government made it close.
The chains of tyranny are light, almost imperceptible in the beginning.
Cabin fever spreading ?.
