Its time to stop states from forming their own way of vote tabulation. Time to set an amendment to get all states on the same page. Get rid of mail in ballots (only absentee and milatary would be allowed). Under no circumstances do govenors , judges or mayors have a say on ballots or voting. Courts are forbidden from changing voting rules. Ballot harvesting is illegal.

And there’s the problem. It would require 3/4ths of the states’ legislatures to agree to surrender their sovereignty to the Federal government to set election rules. Might be a nice idea but it won’t happen. Fundamentally we are not one nation made up of fifty states, but rather fifty states that make up one nation.
