it was supposed to be a 90 minute debate withsix subjects ... the debate went well over 90 minutes and she ended the debate after the sixth subject was covered ...
I know she interrupted trump a bit but he was the only one who could talk longer than 2 minutes. She did a good and fair job in my humble opinion.
