I figure Obama picked Biden so no one would impeach him. This is the THIRD time Old Joe has run for President. He was rejected before. And now he is too senile to speak coherently for an hour and a half.
The question many will ask is why pick that guy, again, for a third try, when he was, is and always will be a miserable failure?
The answer is actually far worse,...he is the best they got!
