What grade would you give to a moderator whom you thought exhibited behaviors that you would want future moderators to emulate?

Do you think this moderator exhibited behaviors that you would want future moderators to emulate?

What top grade would you think signifies a passable performance that was not good enough for others to strive to emulate?
