They have a panel with Wallace, Baird, Peri-no, Faulkner, probably Juan Williams, Jessica Tarlov, Maria Harff and Donna Brazile

The debate itself starts at 8 p.m. Central, yes.

Depending on what network/livestream you’re going to use, the network will begin broadcasting 1-3 hours before the actual start of the debate. RSBN livestream has already begun, for example.
