That data indicates there are a lot of VBM ballots out for the GOP The difference is that Republicans had only 35% of their registered voters request mail-in ballots, while the Democrats had 50% of their registered voters request mail-in ballots.
Even if Republicans have a lot outstanding, fewer Republicans are voting by mail.
