Ds still have many more VBM ballots outstanding. They will run up their lead in that category more.

The difference is that Republicans had only 35% of their registered voters request mail-in ballots, while the Democrats had 50% of their registered voters request mail-in ballots.

Even if Republicans have a lot outstanding, fewer Republicans are voting by mail.
