I think it refers to the economic build back Trump did from the depressing 0 years. The economy came back but it was done in Trump style whereas Biden would do it better supposedly.

"UN chief António Guterres, has warned of an unparalleled economic shock, as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. So, going forward, can the private sector build back better
to reorder the post-pandemic world, or, might the UNs vision of a sustainable future be relegated to a low-priority aspiration?"
Put simply, it means globalism/socialism.

1. It was stolen from some u.n. blurb.
2. Another way of saying MAGA without saying it.

Biden can’t even have a campaign slogan that isn’t plagiarized from somewhere else.

I have the same question. Biden is plagiarizing again. Build? Never built a thing in his life and Trump is a billionaire for building things. How stupid can they be. Of all things let’s have Joe go out and say he can build better than Trump. He be better off with saying “For a better looking first lady” as a campaign slogan. At least there would be a contrast to make, but Joe never had a real job (his words), never owned a business and never built a blessed thing in his life.
