I have very few regrets in my life. Voting for Bush-43 is one of them.

Don't forget that our options were Bush or AL Gore or John Kerry.

Bush was the lesser of two evils in each election.

So the vote was not FOR Bush, but against Kerry and Gore.

The Deep State controlled both candidates and parties in those days—they only control the Democrats and some Republicans now.

“Bush was the lesser of two evils in each election.”

I supported the Constitution Party over both Romney and McCain. In both cases, the lesser evil was R Congress without Romney or McCain. Without Obama, we would never have had Trump, but we still would have had sodomite “whatever” posing as marriage, along with a permanent AWB and Romneycare (both of which would have been passed by R’s in Congress in order to be “team players”)...plus a couple of fake conservative SCOTUS justices like Souter or Roberts.

You’re right; we had to pick one of the two Uniparty candidates offered.

When W left office in 2008, people couldn’t understand what would have been different if Gore had been president for the past 8 years.
