That depends on the mood of Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on any particular day.
Gorsuch has already decided to stretch civil rights to cover any particular perversion practiced.

Not really. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have already voted with the Democrats on very important cases. ACB almost certainly will, too.
