if the dems try packing the court it will turn bloody. at that point I shudder at the reaction that I see to it. what my bet is that the court it self will rule it is unconstitutional and you might have some of the justices put in the by dems agreeing.
If Biden wins those voters wanted him to pack the courts..they already know he will and are apparently fine with it
It is quite constitutional. Congress sets the number of Justices. It has been unchanged since 1869, but could be changed. I don’t think that to be wise, but that is a wholly different matter.
