I posted before that what I would do is send out as many copies as I could afford to random addresses all over the place (sort of like the Chinese seeds) and ask the recipient to scan and put on the Internet because my life may be in danger.

If it’s announced that there are four copies, what do you bet that there really are six?
Like the Chinese virus seeds, er, uh, quivers?
Encrypt it, leave the keys with trusted parties (don’t have to be human) as a kill switch. Post it along with checksums on the archive, and distribute liberally (using the classic definition of the word) and publicly.
