To anyone who claims ‘boating accident’:

1) If the Feds know you have one (or likely have one, due to a form 4473), they are not going to smile and nod and have fun with your little joke. They will force-enter your house at 4:00AM, sack your belongings, terrorise your wife and children, then haul you to jail on several felonies.

2) If you aren’t willing to break out your weapon and kill people who want to take your weapon — and that includes those who pass these laws — you didn’t deserve that weapon in the first place.

One problem with this...you couldn’t accomplish the tax unless you had a registration of people and registration of guns.

Sales records on guns sold at firearms stores are kept for a long while.

Some years ago I had a couple three-or-four-year-old weapons stolen while I was on the road. I was able to call the the outlet and within the hour had the serial numbers and other sales records.

A greater concern would be a straight-out door-to-door visit from ATF and IRS agents who would request entry and would then enter and search the premises whether you refused or not. A Biden establishment isn't going to deal with the niceities, certainly not Constitutional concerns. The Constitution was written by filthy slave-holding murderers and their document is out the back door.

Above is the fruit of Aussie compulsory "buybacks"....

NY & CT tried to force their citizens who owned AR-15s to register their firearms after the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre in 2013. Less than 10% did.

All firearms purchased in the U.S. since 1968 have a federal record - the ATF Form 4473. The GCA of 1968 prohibited Fedzilla from compiling these records into what amounts to a national firearm registry. FFL dealers still in business keep the original 4473s on their business premises available for inspection by BATFE & other LEOs. After ~20 years these FFL dealers can turn these forms over to the BATFE for safekeeping. FFL dealers who have gone out of business also turned their 4473s over to the BATFE for safe keeping.

The DemonRats passed the original AWB in 1994, but it included a sunset provision after 10 years. Studies showed that the ban had a minimal effect on reducing gun crime.

If Biden-Harris wins the 2020 general election ...

YouTube - REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER: Joe Biden Chose Beto O'Rourke As His Gun Czar 00:00:46 seconds

YouTube - Kamala Harris: I'll give Congress 100 days to pass gun laws 00:10:20 minutes
first 3:00 minutes of the above video

For confiscation to work, the DemonRats have to know who owns what firearms. Confiscation will not require Fed/ state Brown Shirts coming to your door. That would create drama (which the DemonRats rank & file would love) and resistance (which their leadership does not want). They will likely want to reserve raids on private domiciles to high profile cases so as to set examples to intimidate the sheeple.

The DemonRats/ communists are not stupid. There is a better stick to use, i.e., a financial 1. To get there the DemonRats have to win the POTUS/ Senate/ House in the 2020 general election. With the massively criminal mail ballot scheme they have in place, I put the odds in their favor of winning. I am praying every night that this won't happen.

Then in 2021 the DemonRats will ...

(1) pack the SCOTUS,
(2) have the Congress pass a bill to legalize a national firearm registry (amend the GCA of 1968),
(3) then digitally codify all ATF Form 4473s into it (doesn't have to be up to date or accurate to be effective),
(4) then have the Congress pass another AWB bill without the 10-year sunset provision - at first have it ban the sale of all flavors of the AR-15, then make it retroactive so that all citizens who up to this point own such firearms legally must surrender them at designated depots by a drop-dead date,
(5) after the drop-dead date, weaponize the IRS to inflict financial penalties on violators, e.g., freeze bank accounts, SS checks, MediCare/MedicAid benefits, etc., until they surrender their semi-auto rifles.

Perfect.

And a point I have brought up in the past. It is not enough to provide lip service but if the time comes, to act.

Always remember door kickers and those who sent them have families and other soft targets. While they are out licking doors people could be hitting those targets with no quarter given. It will look like Kosovo I should know I had boots on the ground in the early 90s saw it up close and personal. Anyone who wants to know what’s coming in CWII needs to study what happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina because that’s exactly the kind of conflict we will have here.

Any decent machine shop can make a dozen a day, or any flavor of STEN, and about a fifty other weapons. The plans and specs are online. Parts kits, trigger groups, uppers, barrels, mags, all easily found and put together. If the CW2 starts, most folks will be able to acquire whatever they need. Plenty of “never been fired, only dropped once” and don’t bet on all of the guys and gals who been at war for the last 20 years are going to sit it out. Former spec forces, and line grunts will show up, and the are hardened, an NOT leftists.
