Beats going to class. Oh, they’re not going to class, anyway.

But what about Covid-19? Don’t they care if people die?!

They may not be going to class in person, but many college students are living in apartments near campus while doing their classes virtually from my computer. I find it hard to believe that they would stay confined to their apartments with the occasional trip to the grocery store. There must be plenty of socializing going on which is completely understandable for college students.

Every time I read about big outbreaks of positive test for COVID-19 I want to know how many of the students actually needed to be hospitalized or just got over their symptoms or had no symptoms at all.

Contact tracing is leading to these huge numbers of positive tests. The left then uses these numbers to frighten people about the seriousness of coronavirus. It is not a serious threat for anyone but the vulnerable elderly and people with comorbidities.
