I bet Biden will waste money in states ...

I am seeing Biden ads here in California. I am pretty sure Newsome knows how to get out the vote for Biden so it is a waste of money.

CA is all about the relatively few close Congressional races.

The ads are designed to assist Democratic turnout.

That is a big concern because Biden is seen as a pathetic candidate, particularly by young Democrat voters.
