Putting it on the schedule would be a stupid mistake. The only bigger mistake would be if he talked about it into a camera!!

Another interesting thing about druggies is that even if he is clean right now (which I might put in the "doubtful" category) he is going to be seconds away from relapse for years.
This makes him a huge security risk.
If an ounce or two of crack shows up in a plain paper bag in his car some day, the odds are good that he will be off to the races the next time he has a couple of minutes alone. When that stash runs out he is back in his addiction.

If he didn’t act as the VP, then how could he refuse to give them the earmarked US government money unless they stopped the investigation of Burisma and his son? And he gave them four hours to do it then bragged about forcing them to change their governmental policies to protect his son with what can only be called blackmail.

Not including the meeting on the official schedule is evidence of concealment and thus deliberate wrongdoing.
