Speaking of explaining - if there’s any meat to this, the party’s going to have to explain it in terms people understand.
Going on with long drawn out legal-type technical analysis loaded with the names of dozens of Ukraninan officials is gonna have people snoring in 10 seconds.
They’ll need to learn how to state the issue in one or two (at most) sentences. If the sentence they go with is “Hunter Biden used drugs”, it’ll be met with massive public yawning as we go over inhale/didn’t inhale territory again.

Guiliani apperantly has had this for months. It was released at a time that was calculated for maximum impact. Any later and they could have lost votes from people turning in their ballots early this year. Any earlier and it would have been out of the news cycle too far before the ellection to make a big difference.

This is where the selection of Harris as VP could become the murder-death-kill for Democrats.
Let’s say Rudy’s hard drive evidence is damning. Had the Democrats placed any halfway sane, acceptable candidate in the VP slot they could have dumped Biden, saying he concealed his malfeasance from them and we don’t want a crook atop our ticket.
They probably would have gotten brownie points with some voters for being {cough, cough} ethical, and the new POTUS nominee would have gotten a nice boost with less than 3 weeks to go.
But with Heels-Up Harris waiting in the wings, this strategy is off the table. They’re stuck with Slow Joe.

I don’t understand how the Biden camp can say Joe Biden never met with the Burisma dude when there is an email from the person thanking Hunter for meeting Joe. Maybe the Biden camp thinks it will be all covered up by the social media giants and the media (other than Fox, OANN etc.)
