I think the goal is to mob the streets by Friday of election week because “Trump has not left the White House”.

I doubt the author wants calm in the period from election day to December 8.

If Trump decides to challenge any skeevy election results, the mob will come out in mostly nonviolent attempts to lock the US down and distract the people.
