Beyond Court Packing: Here’s How Dems Plan To Create A One-Party State

Joe Biden has so far refused to answer the question of whether he’d pack the Supreme Court with leftist justices. But he hasn’t even been asked about a more worrisome scheme he and his party are cooking up to ensure Democrats’ election victories well into the future.

So far, Biden has inartfully dodged the question of whether he would support adding justices to the Supreme Court. All he would say in the debate was “Whatever the position I take, that will be the issue” and in Arizona, he said, “You’ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over.”

Biden knows court-packing doesn’t poll well, and so with the help of the press, he is avoiding the topic. But Senate Democrats have already made it clear that they will take that route should President Donald Trump get Judge Amy Coney Barrett on the bench.

What hasn’t received nearly enough attention, however, is the other plan Democrats are hatching to take seize control of the Senate, and make winning the presidency easier, by granting statehood to Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.

As the Washington Examiner reported: “Key Democratic leaders, already mulling adding more justices to the Supreme Court if they take the White House and Senate, are also eager to add two more states, a move that could shift the Electoral College permanently to liberals.”

The idea of the left trying to create a one party state is crazy (unless you’ve studied their history)

The DoC cannot legally become a state, that was the intention of the founders. Can PR become a state without the support of its population?

The Democrats effectively had a one party state from 1800 to 1859 and we know what that represented. The Supreme Court was a “citadel of slavery” during that era. They arrogantly referred to themselves as “The Democracy”.

Not without a Constitutional Amendment. But I'm sure the Dems would find some way to weasel around that.

They found a way around the natural born citizen clause with GOP help.
The Constitution is no obstacle when both parties want it violated.

This presupposes the notion that the Left even cares about the appearance of legality or propriety. Pro-tip: they don’t.

The people of Venezuela figured they’d give Hugo Chavez a chance and if it didn’t work, they’d just vote him out.

This is not the Democratic Party of JFK or even Hubert Humphrey and I would say George McGovern might be considered a moderate these days. The Party has moved totally to a socialist mindset and communism is seen as an ideal. Giving them control, the Constitution would be another quaint document and concepts like liberty and personal freedom would be seen as anti state. Venezuela is where we would be heading if the current Democrat Party were in charge. However our Founding Fathers wisely have allowed an armed populous. The implementation of a radical socialist agenda would sooner or later meet armed resistance and civil war. We are entering into a bloody phase of our history.

They would also pass a raft of “voting reform” laws and grant citizenship to 30 million illegals.
We would fall into a 60-80 years darkness like other one party states such as the USSR, Red China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Mexico during the PRI era, Singapore, etc.

This election is for all the marbles. Vote in person.

They sure can. All it takes is a democrat House and Senate to pass a law, Biden signing it, and the new 15 seat supreme court ruling it is constitutional.
