Yes, she has an extraordinary command of what she knows....and the ability to deliver that orally matter of fact. It's obvious why she had so much support by those within her community of Law and the Constitution.

I also think the men there, on both sides of the aisle, are enjoying interacting with her....she has 'fascinated' them with her intellect.......intellectual intercourse is a dynamic thing when you have a meeting of minds.
