Headline misleading in that sub headline notes a Federal judge ruled in the grandparents favor on First Amendment grounds.
How long until children are taken away from their parents because the parents hold the wrong views? The Left despises free speech, except for itself.
Appeal this unlawful decision.
At the current rate of things, I expect this to happen in the next 10-15 years if things don’t change.

This never stopped anyone of the Headline readers from pontificating purely on a misleading Headline without ever bothering to read the article itself.

What we see here is just preliminary softening up.

Once, and not too long ago, the LGBT+ “community” said that all that they wanted was to be left alone. LGBT+ cannot coexist with sanity.
The Foster Care people said they couldn’t have the child. The judge said...like hell they can’t.

To be raised by the state or sold to pedophiles by the state? I think the way things are going it’s eventually going to be the latter.
Just an incidental observation, but how old would you have to be to be the child’s GREAT GRANDPARENT? Is this one of these dysfunctional promiscuous family mindsets where the daughters have illegitimate children at 15 generation after generation? (I’ve known a few of these and they are rife with criminality and suboptimal outcomes.)
