According to Colorado law, "Colorado residents in fear of attack by another human or an animal may use pepper spray as a self-defense mechanism. Pepper spray is considered a non-lethal self-defense tool, not a weapon."
If pepper spray is considered a non-lethal self-defense tool, then why did this so-called security guard use deadly physical force on this guy?"
Ignorant (as to local law), undisciplined "security guard?"
And if what another Freeper said on this thread is true, the shooter had brandished his weapon, and the Trump supporter and others around them had told the "guard" to put his gun away. The supporter then sprayed the mace, which according to Colorado law, that action is considered self-defense, and legal, but now he's dead because a trigger-happy a-hole shot him.
